♥ Intuitive Quick Draw ♥
Having not read in a while, what can one do to exercise those psychic muscles? Well, I often find that jumping right into a quick intuitive reading will do just the trick. You can talk to yourself, film it, scribble down notes, or practice on a partner or friend.
Here in this reading, it seems to have discussed some helpful ways one can strengthen a new habit from the old one.

The Venn Diagram Spread helps a person compare between two separate things, people, places, or situations. In the video, Mihél takes you through the spread using a journal for objectivity and awareness during interpretation.

Start by choosing a significator card for the center. This represents you in the moment, in the situation at hand, your attitude, mood, or how you influence the other cards in what you see (top two), what you can't see (bottom two), what you cannot change (left two), and what you can change (right two).

The goal in this spread is to recognize distorted thinking and balance one's cognitive errors before bedtime, and this spread can definitely apply to other problems, like anxieties felt about upcoming events, kown as forecasting, and even the fear of failure.
We become our thoughts, good or bad, and your brain is going to put to long-term what you've been thinking about.. so why not identify cognitive errors and stinking thinking before your brain gets a chance to strengthen these unhealthy patterns.
